About This Case

Welcome to my family safety case file. This site provides a detailed account of the emotional, financial, and physical struggles I have faced in my effort to protect my children and build a safer, stable life. It is my sincere hope that sharing this will support the actions needed to create lasting change.

My Story

My name is Sanco Isaacs, a father determined to build a safe, loving, and stable life for my children — despite the chaos we were forced to endure. My journey has not been simple. It is a story of resilience, broken trust, silent battles, and a relentless commitment to protect those I love.

In 2021, after years of working hard to stabilize my life following a previous difficult relationship, I met Andrea Alexis Bester. What began as hope — two people trying to rebuild their futures — slowly unraveled into emotional manipulation, financial strain, and cycles of verbal and physical abuse. I had invited Andrea to stay with me in Cape Town, believing that together we could create something better. I provided shelter, support, and care. However, the burden grew heavier as red flags surfaced: late-night outings, financial demands, broken promises, and eventually, violence.

The abuse worsened over time. Glasses smashed, my personal belongings vandalized, my dignity insulted, and my physical safety repeatedly threatened. But worse than the bruises on my body were the bruises on my spirit. Accusations of betrayal when I remained loyal, emotional blackmail when I sought peace, and manipulation in front of our children — these became the background of our daily life.

My children — Kairos, Aiden, Shanika — became unwilling witnesses to chaos no child should endure. I saw fear in their eyes. I heard their cries at night. Their innocence was being stolen, and I knew it was no longer just about me. It was about protecting them.

I made every attempt to salvage the situation. I cooked meals, cleaned up the broken pieces — literally and emotionally — and tried again and again to create a safe environment. But when Andrea’s struggles with alcohol worsened and violence became more frequent, I realized love alone was not enough to protect my family.

In June 2024, after another serious incident, I filed an affidavit with SAPS Parow, seeking protection for myself and my children. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made — not out of hate, but out of love for my children's future.

Since then, I have shouldered parenting responsibilities alone: waking up at night for bottles, working full-time, applying for better opportunities, budgeting every cent to survive, and fighting in silence for a better tomorrow. Through all the setbacks, all the false promises of change, all the guilt trips, I stood firm for one simple reason — my children's right to grow up in peace.

This website stands as a living testimony. It is not about revenge. It is not about anger.

It is about truth, responsibility, and a father's love that refuses to surrender to violence or fear.

Today, I ask for understanding, support, and fair evaluation — not just for me, but for the lives of the small innocent souls who look up to me to protect them, teach them, and guide them to a better life.
